Our software comes with one years free support and updates, after this period you will be prompted to renew your 'support and updates package' for the year to come. We strongly recommend you do this to ensure you get the full benefits of your Medincle software. If you do not renew your support and updates package now, you will not be able to do this at a later date.

The user/client/purchaser must have an existing licence to Medincle software, with an active support and updates package (within the renewal period). Once the renewal period has expired the user will not be able to purchase a support and updates package.
